Warranty obligations are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and the warranty obligations of manufacturers. All items purchased from our store are covered by a seller's warranty. Warranty and post-warranty maintenance of goods is carried out at the Service Center. Warranty service is free of charge.

Goods with an established warranty period

The Buyer has the right to present claims against the Seller in accordance with the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" in relation to defects in the goods only if they are discovered during the warranty period or the expiration date. The warranty period of the goods, as well as its service life, is indicated in the warranty card or other document at the discretion of the manufacturer and is calculated from the moment the goods are transferred to the Buyer.

According to the law, the Seller is obliged to accept the goods of inadequate quality from the Buyer and, if necessary, to check the quality of the goods.

Conditions for returning goods

To make a return, you must:

1) Contact us by e-mail office@domain.ru or by phone +7 (333) 333-33-33 from 10:00 to 17:00 Moscow time on Monday - Friday - the manager will confirm the possibility of returning and agree with You have a convenient way to return the goods.
2) Fill out and print the return application.
3) The returned goods must be sent as a valuable parcel without cash on delivery to the address indicated in the return form.
4) Send a completed application to the email address office@domain.ru - this will speed up the process of issuing a refund and issuing funds to you.

Return of good quality goods

According to Article 25 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality within 14 days, not counting the day of its purchase.
The exchange of a non-food product of good quality is carried out if the specified product was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, factory labels are preserved, and there is also a sales receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified product.

If a similar product is not available for sale on the day the Consumer contacts the Seller, the Consumer has the right to refuse to fulfill the contract of sale and demand a refund of the amount paid for the specified product.

At the same time, according to Article 26.1, clause 4 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", if the Consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the Consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the Consumer, no later than 10 days from the actual return of the item.

Please note that in the event of a refund of the money paid for the goods, they will be returned in the same way that the order was paid. When paying for an order with a bank card via the Internet, the money will be returned to the same card.

If the product was purchased in a store, you can come to the store on Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 to process the return. You must have an identity document, a sales and cash receipt and a completed application with you. You will receive the money on the return day.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

Under the goods of inadequate quality is meant a product that does not perform its functions. The image and characteristics of the product may be different from those presented on the site, which is not a sign of non-functionality of the product.

If a product has a manufacturing defect, the Buyer has the right to return this product in the prescribed manner. Replacement of goods can only be performed by returning goods of inadequate quality and placing a new order for a similar product, if any. The buyer must fill out an application for the return of goods, where it should be indicated which defect contains the returned goods.

Please note that in case of a refund for the goods and delivery (in case of inadequate quality), they will be returned in the same way that the order and delivery were paid.

If the Buyer refuses the goods, the Seller must return to him the amount of money for the goods and for the delivery of the returned goods (in case of inadequate quality) to the Buyer and from the Buyer, paid by the Buyer, no later than 10 days from the date of the actual return of the goods.
